Softball Recap: Ripley Gets the Win

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ripley). They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Arnett Wildcats on Friday, sneaking past 6-4. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won three in a row.

Ripley's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Arnett, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season.

Ripley wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 13-0 win against Vici on the 22nd. As for Arnett, they have also already played their next contest, an 11-7 loss against Canute on the 22nd.
