Basketball Recap: Albany Comes Up Short

Albany suffered their biggest defeat since December 13, 2024 on Saturday. They lost 55-33 to the Sonoma Academy Coyotes. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Coyotes: they've now lost three in a row.

Albany's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-5. As for Sonoma Academy, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-2.
