Collins Hill five-star was also the No. 1 wide receiver.

Since hiring Donte Williams, USC has done a tremendous job recruiting the cornerback position. Two of his recruits — Jaeden Gould of Bergen Catholic (Oradell, N.J.) and Domani Jackson of Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.) — are featured in our look at the top 10 high school football cornerbacks.

The corner position is the latest to be spotlighted as MaxPreps looks at each position in the lead to the 2021 football season. We've looked at the best quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, tight ends, offensive linemen, defensive ends, defensive tackles, linebackers and will close the week looking at safeties.

And while the Trojans land two players on the list, four remain uncommitted, including Denver Harris of North Shore (Houston) who checks in at No. 3 on the list.

And the No. 1 corner also is the No. 1 receiver — Travis Hunter of Collins Hill (Suwanee, Ga.). The MaxPreps National Junior Player of the Year led the Eagles to their first state title appearance. The five-star impacts the game on both side of the ball with 137 receptions last season to pair with eight interceptions.
