Softball Recap: Northwest Whitfield Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ridgeland, Northwest Whitfield was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They never let the Calhoun Yellow Jackets get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory. The Bruins haven't had any issues with the Yellow Jackets recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Northwest Whitfield's victory bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Calhoun, they dropped their record down to 6-12 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
