Football Recap: Huron Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Huron lost against Stoney Creek back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The River Rats lost 35-14 to the Cougars.

Despite the loss, Huron still got an impressive performance from Drew Simpson-Vlach, who rushed for 71 yards and one TD. Brandon Willis helped out on the ground, rushing for 82 yards.

It was another big night for Brosie Telegadas, who rushed for 193 yards and four scores for Stoney Creek. Those 193 rushing yards gave Telegadas a new career-high. Brandon Gergics was another key player, rushing for 58 yards.

Huron now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Stoney Creek, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

As of now, neither Huron nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
