Gillian Price paced Chesapeake's offense, picking up six kills. Price got some help from Corinne Brandts and her five assists. Price was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.
Miranda Ball was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had eight digs and three aces. Courtney Ellison also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.
Chesapeake's loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Howard, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 23-0.
