You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Quincy's strategy against Williams on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Quincy Trojans blew the Williams Yellowjackets out of the water with a 65-10 final score. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 22 points or more this season.

Quincy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Shelby Nussle, who posted 18 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks. Nussle has been hot recently, having posted three or more blocks the last three times she's played. Jenna Peay was another key player, putting up 17 points in addition to five assists and three steals.

Quincy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 15 offensive rebounds in four consecutive matches.

Despite the loss, Williams still got an impressive performance from Giselle Torres Salazar, who had three points and three steals.

Quincy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.0 points over those games. As for Williams, they dropped their record down to 0-19 with the loss, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Quincy will face off against Hamilton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Williams, they and Portola will face off at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played.
