Softball Recap: Northeast Comes Up Short

Northeast lost against North Callaway back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bearcats fell 5-2 to the Thunderbirds.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for North Callaway, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Northeast will host Sturgeon at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Callaway, they will head out on the road to face off against California at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Thunderbirds are facing the Pintos at the right time seeing as the Pintos are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
