Baseball Recap: New Manchester Comes Up Short

New Manchester lost against East Paulding last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. New Manchester came up short against East Paulding, falling 12-2. The Jaguar have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

New Manchester's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for East Paulding, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. New Manchester will square off against Lithia Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. New Manchester is facing Lithia Springs at the right time seeing as Lithia Springs is stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for East Paulding, they will face off against Rome at 5:55 p.m. on Friday. East Paulding will also cruise into their next game with the timing on their side: Rome will have lost three straight heading into Friday's matchup.
