Softball Recap: Gore Snags Seventh Victory in Last Nine Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hominy, Gore was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They skirted past the Seiling Wildcats 4-3.

Gore has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-12-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.4 runs over those games. As for Seiling, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-7.

Gore does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Seiling, they have already played their next game, a 9-7 defeat against Drumright on the 2nd.
