Basketball Recap: Fleetwood Comes Up Short

Fleetwood lost against Brandywine Heights Area back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Fleetwood Tigers were dealt a 63-34 defeat at the hands of the Brandywine Heights Area Bullets. The Tigers' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Fleetwood's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Brandywine Heights Area, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Fleetwood Tigers challenge the Kutztown Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brandywine Heights Area, they will host Exeter Township at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Brandywine Heights Area is facing Exeter Township at the right time seeing as Exeter Township is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
