Burlington hadn't done well against Holyoke recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Cougars put the hurt on the Dragons with a sharp 15-3 victory. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 22-18 loss the last time these two teams met.

Burlington got a massive performance out of Sayler Wall, who went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Jasmin Robles, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

The win got Burlington back to even at 2-2. As for Holyoke, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burlington will challenge Lamar at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holyoke, they will take on Sterling at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
