Softball Recap: Windham Extends Winning Streak to Three

Windham extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Cheverus. They had just enough and edged out the Stags 1-0. The win was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on three straight.

The result came thanks to Kennedy Kimball's shutout, as she gave up just three hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 15 consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Windham saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nola Bryant, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Windham's victory bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Cheverus, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 18-1.

As of now, neither Windham nor the Stags have any future games scheduled.
