Mason took a six-run loss the last time they faced off against DeWitt, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bulldogs skirted past the Panthers 4-2. The win was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on four straight.

Mason's victory bumped their record up to 25-8. As for DeWitt, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-13.

Coming up, Mason will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Gull Lake at 5:00 p.m. DeWitt has already played their next contest (against Lakewood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
