After only 12 points in their last contest, Potomac Falls made sure to put some points up on the board against Freedom on Friday. The Panthers put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 35-10 win. Considering the Panthers' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Potomac Falls to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aj Pawlowski, who threw for 145 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 35 yards. That's the most passing touchdowns Pawlowski has posted since back in August. Another player making a difference was Elijah Henderson, who picked up 104 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Potomac Falls proved: they limited Freedom to a paltry 2.9 yards per carry. The Panthers' run defense has been on the up-and-up: they allowed 4.08 yards per carry earlier this season, but they've only allowed 4.4 on average over their last three games.

The victory snapped Potomac Falls' losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4 record. As for Freedom, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-3 record this season.
