Football Recap: Lansing Falls Short of Ottawa in the Playoffs + How To Watch

Lansing and Ottawa squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Lansing had to settle for second. They received a blow as they fell 14-0 to the Cyclones. The game marked the first time this season in which the Lions were not able to get on the board.

Caden Garcia threw for 36 yards on five of 14 attempts. On the ground, Jaxon Pollard rushed for 125 yards.

Lansing is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7. As for Ottawa, they pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Lansing does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ottawa, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 24-22 win against Piper on the 7th.
