Softball Recap: Clinch County Takes a Loss

After flying high against Atkinson County on Thursday, Clinch County came back down to earth. The Panthers came up short against the Berrien Rebels on Monday, falling 8-0. The match marked the first time this year in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

Clinch County's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Berrien, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-10.

Clinch County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 17-0 victory against Echols County on the 9th. As for Berrien, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 4-0 win against Worth County on the 9th.
