Baseball Recap: Shiloh Takes a Loss

Shiloh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 6-2 to the Dunwoody Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 last Monday.

Shiloh saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaylen Seabrooks, who went 1-for-2 with one double. That double marked the first that Seabrooks' hit this season.

Shiloh's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Dunwoody, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

While Shiloh had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
