Baseball Recap: McEachern Comes Up Short

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, McEachern couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the North Gwinnett Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 12-0. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Indians, who until this contest were averaging 3.38 runs allowed.

McEachern saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyce Williams, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

McEachern's defeat dropped their record down to 24-8. As for North Gwinnett, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 31-2.

McEachern does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Gwinnett, they have already played their next matchup, a 4-2 loss against North Paulding on the 7th.
