Immanuel wins going away against Hanford West

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sierra Pacific, the Immanuel Eagles were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They took down Hanford West 44-27. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Immanuel also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.

Hanford West's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was McKenzee Batemon, who scored eight points.

Immanuel is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Hanford West, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Immanuel will take on Central Valley Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Central Valley Christian is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak. As for Hanford West, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kerman at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Kerman is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road.
