Westlake won the last time they faced Oaks Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. Everything went the Westlake Warriors' way against the Oaks Christian Lions as the Westlake Warriors made off with a 65-40 victory. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Westlake's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Mathis Dritz led the charge by dropping a double-double on 21 points and 15 boards. Dritz has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more rebounds the last four times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Swanson, who almost dropped a double-double on 20 points and nine boards.

Westlake smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in ten consecutive games.

Oaks Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bonita Liu, who posted eight points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Presley Kushner, who had 12 points and five boards.

Westlake has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 23-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.5 points per game. As for Oaks Christian, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-15.

As of now, neither Westlake nor Oaks Christian have any future games scheduled.
