Osborne has gone a perfect 3-0 against Cherokee recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Cardinals will be playing in front of their home fans against the Warriors at 8:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Osborne is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Campbell just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Spartans by a score of 4-3.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Cherokee was not quite Woodstock's equal in the second half on Monday. They fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 1-0. Cherokee fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against Woodstock since on Monday.

Osborne's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Cherokee, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Osborne took their victory against Cherokee in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 4-1 score. In that contest, the Cardinals amassed a halftime lead of 3-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
