Baseball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 9-5 to the East Laurens Falcons. That's two games in a row now that the Chargers have lost by exactly four runs.

Central's record is now 0-8. As for East Laurens, the win snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 2-7 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central will head out to face off against East Laurens at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for East Laurens, they will head out on the road to take on Jefferson County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
