It was fun while it lasted, but Putnam County's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Friday. They took a 5-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lamar County Trojans. One reason for the loss might be the War Eagles' aggressive play style: Christopher Perez and Dennis Sanchez were both handed yellow cards.

Angel Sanchez and Edwin Garcia scored all three of Putnam County's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.
