Basketball Game Preview: Healdsburg Greyhounds vs. Branson Bulls

The Healdsburg Greyhounds will face off against the Branson Bulls at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Healdsburg is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They really took it to Elsie Allen for the full four quarters, racking up a 74-20 victory. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-17.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Branson, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against San Rafael on Friday as Branson made off with a 45-20 win. The Bulls have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

Healdsburg is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.6 points per game. As for Branson, their victory bumped their record up to 11-9.
