Baseball Recap: Miller County Comes Up Short

The Miller County Pirates didn't have quite enough to beat the Columbus Blue Devils on Saturday and fell 4-3. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Miller County's loss dropped their record down to 16-11. As for Columbus, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Miller County will welcome Randolph-Clay at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Columbus, they will be playing at home against Marion County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
