Baseball Recap: Berks Catholic Takes a Loss

Berks Catholic managed to slip by Trinity the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Saints came up short against the Shamrocks on Thursday, falling 12-6.

Cole Harter and Aiden Curley stepped up to the plate in a big way. Harter went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI, while Curley got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs. Another player making a difference was Dominic Valent, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run.

Berks Catholic's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Trinity, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-6.

As of now, neither Berks Catholic nor the Shamrocks have any future games scheduled.
