After having lost a blowout in their previous game against La Salle Academy, Classical was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They skirted past the Lincoln Lions 2-1.

Bryan Olivio and Niko Brown scored both of Classical's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

The win got Classical back to even at 3-3. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2-1.

Looking ahead, Classical will square off against Cranston West at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Cranston West's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Lincoln, they will challenge East Greenwich at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Lincoln's defense better be ready for this one: East Greenwich have averaged an impressive 3.4 goals per game this season.
