Soccer Recap: Philo Comes Up Short

Philo lost against John Glenn back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Electrics lost 5-0 to the Little Muskies. While losing is never fun, Philo can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 508th, while John Glenn are ranked 156th).

This is the second loss in a row for Philo and nudges their season record down to 4-10-1. As for John Glenn, their win bumped their record up to 10-2-2.

Looking ahead, Philo will host Sheridan at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for John Glenn, they will venture away from home to square off against Fairfield Union at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday.
