Basketball Recap: St. Paul Comes Up Short

St. Paul was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 62-14 loss at the hands of the Saint Joseph Jesters. The Swordsmen were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-9.

St. Paul's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Saint Joseph, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Paul won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Bishop Amat at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Saint Joseph, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
