Harlem came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Baldwin Braves a 15-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won five games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Harlem's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Baldwin, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Harlem will challenge Evans at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Bulldogs 3, the Knights 1.3) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Baldwin, they will square off against Treutlen at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
