Aiden Saunders Game Report: vs Port Clinton

For the first time in his career, Aiden Saunders scored a receiving touchdown on Friday. He picked up 20 receiving yards and one TD, but sadly Vermilion still had to take a 29-28 loss at the hands of Port Clinton. Our internal rating system judged Friday's effort as the best he's ever given (but hopefully not for long).

Coming up, Saunders and Vermilion will square off against Huron at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Sailors have some work to do to even out the 1-8 series between these two since September of 2016, but a win here would be a good start.
