Soccer Recap: Madison County Takes a Loss

Madison County lost against Cedar Shoals back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Madison County Red Raiders came up short against the Cedar Shoals Jaguars, falling 3-0. The Red Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Madison County's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Cedar Shoals, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Madison County will face off against Stephens County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Madison County is facing Stephens County at the right time seeing as Stephens County is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Cedar Shoals, they will venture away from home to face off against Oconee County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Oconee County's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
