It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but West Boca Raton had no problem doing just that on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the East Lake Eagles 48-7. The Bulls might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by 28 points or more this season.

Javian Mallory continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 192 yards and three TDs while picking up 10.7 yards per carry. That's the most rushing touchdowns he has posted since back in August. Quinton Miller Jr. was another key back, rushing for 108 yards on only ten carries.

West Boca Raton didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited East Lake to a completion percentage of just 40%. The team can thank Larry Morgan for the heroic effort on defense: he. West Boca Raton hasn't an opponent to post a completion percentage of 0.44 or higher in four consecutive games.

West Boca Raton's defense didn't let Eli Millian, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for five sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Demetrius Geathers Jr. and Christopher Medina, who racked up four sacks between them. Medina also set a new season-high mark in total tackles with six. West Boca Raton received some extra help from Anderson Gracilien, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

West Boca Raton pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 2.8 points on average over those games. As for East Lake, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-3.

West Boca Raton wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 41-3 victory against Mitchell on the 28th. East Lake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
