Baseball Recap: Pelham Takes a Loss

Pelham managed to slip by Oyster River the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Pythons lost 11-0 to the Bobcats on Wednesday. The game marked the first time this year in which the Pythons were not able to get on the board.

Pelham has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Oyster River, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pelham will challenge rival ConVal at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Oyster River is set to face off against their familiar foe Stark at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
