Basketball Recap: Dailyanis Nunez's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Thomas A. Edison over Samuel Fels

Thomas A. Edison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 42-29 to the Samuel Fels Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Owls of the 42-32 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Thomas A. Edison lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Dailyanis Nunez, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Destiny Speach, who had ten points.

Thomas A. Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Samuel Fels, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-7-1.
