Elbert County had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.1 runs) and they went ahead and made it ten on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Oglethorpe County Patriots with a sharp 13-3 win. Considering the Blue Devils have won 14 contests by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Elbert County's victory bumped their record up to 22-3. As for Oglethorpe County, they dropped their record down to 12-8 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
