If Montgomery wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Williamson, they should've done a better job of containing Olivia Meisner. The Williamson Warriors came out on top against the Montgomery Red Raiders by a score of 44-36 on Thursday thanks to Meisner, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in steals (eight).

Another player making a difference was Maddy Jones, who posted eight points along with six boards and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last six games she's played.

Williamson's win bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Montgomery, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.

Coming up, Williamson will face off against Cowanesque Valley at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Montgomery does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
