Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only West Park walked away with it. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the West Park Panthers who were credited with the win on Tuesday. The West Park Panthers got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Bella Vista Broncos's two. The victory was familiar territory for the Panthers, who have now won nine matches in a row.

Bella Madigan and Hayley Doughty scored both of West Park's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 26 goals.

West Park pushed their record up to 15-1 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those ten contests. As for Bella Vista, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-8.

Coming up, West Park will take on Woodcreek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Woodcreek's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Bella Vista does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
