Basketball Recap: Klein Collins Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

Klein Collins won the last time they faced Tomball, and A'Niyah Harmon did her part to make sure it happened again. The Klein Collins Tigers snuck past the Tomball Cougars with a 53-47 win on Tuesday thanks in part to Harmon, who went 12 of 22 on her way to 33 points and four steals. The game was her seventh in a row with at least ten points.

Despite the loss, Tomball still got an impressive performance from Kylee Symons, who went 7 of 12 on her way to 19 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Karen Gomez, who posted six points.

Klein Collins is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. As for Tomball, they moved to 18-6 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Magnolia West the next time they take the court. Klein Collins will host Magnolia West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Tomball will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
