Volleyball Recap: Tri's Win Ends Seven-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Tri won the last time they faced Union and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Titans walked away with a 3-1 win over the Rockets.

Tri had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-14, 25-16, 25-21.

Tri's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-4. As for Union, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Tri will welcome Union City at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Union, they will head out to square off against Eastern Hancock at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
