Baseball Preview: Ellington Knights vs. Enfield Eagles
The Ellington Knights will head out to face off against the Enfield Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Ellington is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.9 runs per game this season.
On Monday, Ellington made easy work of Granby Memorial and carried off a 14-4 win. The victory continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won eight in a row.
Dylan Killoran made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
