Softball Recap: Legacy Takes a Loss

Legacy fell victim to Grand Junction and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 1-0.

Kady Cosyns was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: she pitched six innings while giving up just one earned run off 11 hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Legacy's loss dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Grand Junction, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Legacy nor Grand Junction have any future games scheduled.
