Golden West is 10-0 against Mt. Whitney since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Golden West Trailblazers will welcome the Mt. Whitney Pioneers at 6:00 p.m.

Golden West is headed into Tuesday's following a draw, the team's first since December 13. They and Lemoore finished up their matchup with a 3-3 draw on Friday.

Meanwhile, Mt. Whitney fell victim to Santa Maria and their airtight defense two weeks ago. They came up short against the Saints, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, the Pioneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 865th, while the Saints are ranked 121st).

Golden West's draw makes their record 3-6-3 this season. As for Mt. Whitney, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-8-1.

Everything went Golden West's way against Mt. Whitney in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, as Golden West made off with a 3-0 victory. Will Golden West repeat their success, or does Mt. Whitney have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
