Mira Loma won the last time they faced Center and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Mira Loma Matadors were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over the Center Cougars. Considering the Matadors have won six matchups by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Center with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Emily Negrete-Quintero, Sophie Tequida, Charlotte Canter, and Iliana Kelsch.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Mira Loma, bringing their record for this year to 8-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four games. As for Center, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-10-2.

Mira Loma is taking a road trip to face off against Oakmont at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Oakmont has won four straight at home, while Mira Loma won four straight on the road), something that'll have to change. As for Center, they will welcome Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lincoln is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 6.5 goals per game this season.
