McGill-Toolen came tearing into Saturday's game with ten straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Robertsdale Golden Bears. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Yellowjackets also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2017.

Catherine Mcclain paced McGill-Toolen's offense, picking up nine kills. Mcclain got some help from Alice Wood and her 11 assists. Payton Mcclarren controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

McGill-Toolen's victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

McGill-Toolen didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Lipscomb Academy on the 23rd. As for Robertsdale, they will challenge Spanish Fort at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
