Baseball Recap: Hapeville Charter Takes a Loss

After flying high against Washington last Wednesday, Hapeville Charter came back down to earth. Hapeville Charter came up short against Washington on Friday, falling 16-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Hornets have suffered since February 15th.

Hapeville Charter's loss dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Washington, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Coming up, Hapeville Charter will be playing at home against KIPP Atlanta Collegiate at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Hapeville Charter is facing KIPP Atlanta Collegiate at the right time seeing as KIPP Atlanta Collegiate is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Washington, they are taking a road trip to challenge Lovett at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Lovett will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something Washington surely won't give up without a fight.
