Softball Recap: Lawton-Bronson Has No Trouble Against Kingsley-Pierson

Lawton-Bronson lost to Kingsley-Pierson back in June of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Lawton-Bronson pushed their record up to 7-9 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Kingsley-Pierson, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-4 record.

Coming up, Lawton-Bronson will be playing at home against Ridge View at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Raptors have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.33 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
