Dublin barely beat Jefferson County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Fighting Irish put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 22-15 victory on Tuesday. Considering the Fighting Irish have won seven matches by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Dublin pushed their record up to 9-13 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 22.3 runs over those games. As for Jefferson County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Dublin will take on rival Northeast at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Jefferson County is set to face off against their familiar foe Bleckley County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
