Soccer Recap: Notre Dame Academy Comes Up Short

Notre Dame Academy was the 2-1 winner over Immaculate Heart when they last played one another last Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Notre Dame Academy Regal Gryphons lost 5-0 to the Immaculate Heart Pandas on Tuesday.

Notre Dame Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-4-1. As for Immaculate Heart, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Notre Dame Academy will face off against Marlborough at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Immaculate Heart, they will challenge Flintridge Sacred Heart at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Flintridge Sacred Heart will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Immaculate Heart surely won't give up without a fight.
